As Brand Marketing Manager BBN, you'll help shape our regional marketing strategy and drive sustainable growth across Benelux, the Baltics, and the Nordics.

 

You'll develop and execute regional marketing plans for our trade and professional channels, activating end users such as automotive workshops, agricultural businesses, and industrial facilities. In close collaboration with distributors across the Nordic and Baltic markets, you grow our business through a laser‑focused, multi-channel approach.

 

You'll work closely with sales teams, agencies, and WD‑40 Company teams across EIMEA to ensure our brands show up consistent, powerful, and compliant.

 

Location: Eindhoven March 2027 (based in Venlo for the first 12 months before relocating to Eindhoven). 

Responsibilities

Your Mission 🚀

  • Collaborate closely with Trade Sales to develop 2–5 year growth plans
  • Elevate and professionalize trade marketing across Benelux
  • Develop, deliver, and optimize annual and rolling marketing plans
  • Plan, manage, and control local marketing budgets
  • Equip customers with effective marketing tools and activations
  • Develop and manage campaigns, assets, and agency partners
  • Attract and activate new professional end users across trade channels
  • Plan, execute, and analyze trade fairs and exhibitions
  • Actively manage the SKU portfolio, ensuring regulatory and compliance standards
  • Plan and lead new product launches
  • Track trade marketing performance and translate data into actionable insights
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all touchpoints
  • Lead POS, digital, e‑commerce, and activation initiatives in a true omnichannel approach
  • Live and actively promote WD‑40 Company values

Qualifications

  • A strong growth mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing and working with customers
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Confidence in and enthusiasm for modern marketing trends
  • Interest in automotive, industrial, or wholesale channels
  • Experience in B2B, shopper, brand, and/or digital marketing
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insight
  • Clear communication skills and creative curiosity
  • A collaborative, proactive, and hands‑on attitude
  • Genuine enthusiasm for teamwork and cross‑functional collaboration
