Position Overview

We are looking for a customer‑focused and detail‑oriented Customer Relations Specialist to support our customers across the Benelux, Nordics and Baltics regions. This role is a key point of connection between our customers, sales teams, logistics partners and internal stakeholders - ensuring orders, deliveries and enquiries are handled smoothly, accurately and on time.

You are a trusted point of contact, a problem solver, and someone who takes pride in delivering excellent service while living our values in every interaction.

 
Location: Eindhoven (based in Venlo for the first 12 months before relocating to Eindhoven). Fluency in Dutch is required.

Responsibilities

 

  • Acting as a first point of contact for customers across phone, email and other communication channels
  • Processing and verifying customer orders accurately and within agreed deadlines
  • Managing customer enquiries relating to orders, deliveries, invoices and general account queries
  • Coordinating with sales teams, warehouses and freight partners to ensure on‑time delivery
  • Supporting credit control activities, including invoice preparation and payment query resolution
  • Processing credit notes, billing corrections and deductions in line with month‑end and quarter‑end timelines
  • Investigating delivery issues, shortages or damages and coordinating resolutions
  • Maintaining accurate customer data within ERP systems, including account set‑up and data cleansing
  • Monitoring service performance and supporting KPI and management reporting
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of customer service processes

Qualifications

 

 
  • Experience in customer service, customer relations or order management
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a customer‑first mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
  • Comfortable working with ERP systems, reporting tools and MS Office
  • Proactive, solutions‑focused and collaborative approach
  • Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with cross‑functional teams
  • Fluent in Dutch, Strong English & French skills are highly desired.
